Bentomotion sells digital motion graphics templates, presets, project files, and related downloadable assets. Purchases may be processed by Paddle, which acts as the authorized reseller or merchant of record where shown at checkout.
Refunds, withdrawal rights, cancellations, and payment disputes for Paddle transactions are handled according to Paddle's Refund Policy and Paddle Buyer Terms. This page is intended to keep Bentomotion refund information aligned with Paddle's policy and does not add separate Bentomotion refund exceptions.
Paddle refund policy
Paddle's Refund Policy explains when a transaction may be refundable, including statutory consumer rights, discretionary refund review, technical or product defects, chargebacks, and access changes after a refund.

How to request a refund
To request a refund, use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your Paddle transaction confirmation email, use the support link in your receipt or account billing area, or visit paddle.net and choose the refund request option.
Technical or product issues
If you experience a technical issue with a Bentomotion product, contact us first so we can help resolve it. If the issue cannot be resolved, Paddle may review the refund request according to its Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection law.
After a refund
If a refund is issued, access to the relevant product will cease and the license to use the refunded product ends.
Policy updates
Paddle may update its Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your transaction governs that transaction. We may update this page to keep it aligned with Paddle's current refund terms.
